Hello my name is John Stratton and I am the owner of Fit Food Cuisine, LLC. I wanted to start offering customers of both my restaurant and the community an even more convenient and affordable way to enjoy delicious and healthy meals. So I, along with the assistance of my restaurant’s staff, have created a meal prep program that provides a balance of proteins, starches, and fats in a ready to serve package. We use wild fish, angus beef, organic chicken, and non-GMO vegetables. From my culinary experience, I know that each individual has their own specific dietary needs. This is why I offer a wide option of items on our weekly menus. We also know that our meal preps are a key ingredient to a healthier lifestyle to supplement a regular exercise and/or physical regiment.

I am the graduate and recipient of an Associate’s Degree from the California Culinary Academy located in San Francisco, CA in 2002. Before undertaking my own restaurant venture, I previously worked in numerous fine dining establishments such as Kimpton Hotels and the Wolfgang Puck Fine Dining Group. I officially opened my own restaurant, Cafe Gourmet, in 2014. We are located in the Willow Glen district of San Jose. After experiencing a steady flow of customers and success for almost two years, I chose to venture out into the world of meal prep. In December of 2016, Fit Food Cuisine was born.
