I was born in Athens Greece and have been cooking my entire life with my family.
I am a culinary graduate of the California Culinary Academy in San Francisco and I've worked fine dining my entire life prior to opening my restaurant.
Prior to starting a healthy meal prep business, I owned a busy café in Willow Glen, San Jose. I wanted to offer more healthy options for my customers so we started our meal prep business.
We are diligent in sourcing high-quality ingredients ranging from organic farm to table produce, Halal chicken, Angus beef, and wild fish.
We started our meal prep service back in 2017
I have been in the restaurant business for over 20 years.
